Bookings & Payments

If you wish to book a place on a workshop or training course, please send us your details in the contact form below, specifying:

Either way, we'll respond to your message within 48 hours, and where necessary send you a booking form and payment details.

PAYMENT: We accept cheques, cash and direct bank transfers (including online banking). All payments must be cleared 14 days before workshop/training/party commences.

DEPOSITS: For individuals, families and small groups, payment must be paid in full when booking has been confirmed. For larger groups and organisations a 25% deposit must be paid on confirmation of booking. The final 75% must be paid 14 days prior to the workshop taking place.

CANCELLATIONS: No refunds are offered on cancellations made within a 14 day period leading up to the workshop, unless we can arrange an alternative booking, or fill your place. Where cancellations are accepted within the 14 day period, we will refund payment minus 25% to cover administration and potential loss of bookings.
